A Family-Run Business That Cares

After the 2013 collapse of the Rana Plaza clothing factory in Bangladesh, our 9 year-old daughter delivered a moving speech to her school. She spoke to an auditorium full of students about the human & environmental costs of the fast fashion industry, and rallied for kids to help make a change.

In support, our family of five embarked on a challenge: to shop exclusively secondhand, and buy nothing new for a year. Amazed by how much great gear is already out there, we even launched a secondhand kids' shop.

When we met the the owners of another great resale shop called iSpy Clothing, we recognized one another as 'cut from the same cloth.' Competition not being our style, we moved forward together as iSpy, and our family business grew. With 6 kids between us, we knew a thing or two about getting kids dressed. Today, the iSpy team is made up of 4 families with 11 kids!

In a world where fast fashion has lasting consequences, we're slowing it down. We look forward to working with you!
